My sister referred me to Dr. Strugar in 2019, and she has been my dermatologist since then. While her education credentials are fantastic, she also has wonderful bedside manner. She is prompt with her replies regarding medical questions, even when I had an urgent medical question while she was traveling. In 2020, her office location changed where she was practicing. Dr. Strugar has been amazing with my now six-year-old son. She is the only doctor he truly trusts and feel safe with (He gets very nervous and doctors offices). She is kind, gentle and efficient. She has helped him through any issues with great results!
Excellent doctor. Fast and efficient. Also removed benign tumor from my elderly mom's face and no scar at all.
Dr Strugar has been the only dermatologist I’ve been to that has listened to my concerns and made a comprehensive treatment plan for my acne. She was caring, made sure my follow up visit was booked, and spent a good amount of time with me working out every option. Extremely grateful to have found her!
It is almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. It would take me at least 20 minutes or more to be on hold every time when I call. On lucky days I get someone to help me without hanging up on me or put me on an hour hold until I couldn't stand it and hang up. Most schedulers I speak with are very rude on the phone like they don't want to help you; awful customer service; very bad attitude. I like the doctor, she is very nice.
