Tammy herself, is a wonderful doctor and person. A joy to see when needed. Her staff, including Heather, are absolutely worthless. They don't relay messages. They don't return phone calls, and they seldom send the script to the correct pharmacy so you have to guess where your medicine is. It's unfortunate that Tammy is forced to use the low hanging fruit that Lutheran Health Network sends her. I'm sure, given the chance, that Tammy would choose better staffing.
