As a very nervous first time mum, tamara exceeded my expectations. Through my labour experience she made me feel very comfortable and guided me with breathing techniques which really helped calm me down. I was also given a handwritten letter from her that details my labour experience from being induced up until bub was born which is nice to look back to as i did not remember everything lol. We had Tamara as our doula for our first baby and words can't describe on how amazing she has been! As first time parents with no support in Australia, we're quite worried with the whole pregnancy and delivery. However by having Tamara as our doula, we were much more reassured with the pregnancy, labour and postnatal. Tamara has always been very approachable, supportive and informative to both of us. My partner and I hired Tamara as our postpartum doula for the first five weeks after our first baby was born. We’re so glad we did. Tamara was a big help those overwhelming first weeks. We don’t have family in Sydney and with her calm, practical and compassionate nature Tamara provided the much needed support that got us through those first weeks. Words cannot explain enough how beautiful was this experience having Tamara as our doula. Since when my wife talked to me about having a doula, I was super skeptical in my "ignorance" on pregnancy and all the world around it. It turned out being an amazing journey, completely aware of what could happen in any circumstances and what to do. Tamara has been a fantastic guide, support and friend before, during and after the birth of our child, especially because our families were overseas. I highly recommend Tamara.
Having Tam during my pregnancy and delivery was an amazing experience. She is so lovely and passionate about her work! It was an amazing support for our little family!
