If you are ready for a healthy lifestyle, call Tamara. She has the knowledge of showing you how to eat healthy without giving up all your favorite foods. When I visit Tamara, I feel so motivated that I want to eat healthy. My diabetic levels have gone down & I’ve gotten off some of my medications. Most insurance cover Nutritional/Dietitian visits or she will work with you on a plan. Call now to start feeling better.
