I worked with Tamara to provide a small private beach yoga class for a client of mine. She was wonderful! Not only did they enjoy the class, she was also incredibly organized and communicative during the planning process and the actual event. I highly recommend!

Tamara hosted a virtual yoga practice for the office and it was a great experience for everyone! The moves were accessible to all skill levels and modifications were given. It made everyone feel very refreshed.

I messaged Tamara about booking a sound bath and she was able to accommodate us the same day! I wanted to introduce two friends to sound baths and Tamara did not disappoint! Her sound bath was beyond wonderful and all three of us came away feeling extremely relaxed and peaceful. She brought a variety of sounds including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, a drum, and a rain stick. I highly recommend Tamara!
