I was a patient of Dr Collins when she was in Lebanon Tennessee. At the outset she was great. Then it got to where it was as if she wasn't really listening to me. The wait time to see her was at least 45 minutes at the end of my dealings with this practice. She closed her practice overnight literally, and told no one. Even her employees showed up to find a note on the door that the practice was permanently closed. I have no idea where my medical records went and had to start all over with a new physician. I have been going to Dr. Collins for 14+ years since I lived here, she is always extremely professional courteous and shows the upmost caring. She is always very thorough and always takes the time to listen and never makes you feel that you are being rushed, I couldn’t ask for a more caring, courteous, and professional physician.Thank you Dr. Collins for pushing me to get my mammogram as you probably saved my life. After 30 LONG years Dr. Collins heard my cry, being SLOW IS QUALITY TIME FOR THE DOC TO GET TO KNOW THEIR PATIENTS.
Probably one of the most unprofessional drs at Fairfield Glade Heath Clinic. Very rude and horrible treatment. Told my mother she couldn’t get home health care through Humana. It says on the back of her card “Home Health Services Available” The receptionist wanted to argue about it. Same kind of issue came up with Dr Collins as my father’s doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr Collins.
