The staff and Dr. Coates made me feel comfortable for my 1st visit. Everyone was respectful.
I’ve literally been unable to even schedule an appointment at this place. Both times I’ve called the receptionists I spoke to were very condescending and passive aggressive. I told one of them the name of the policy holder for my insurance (Anthony, my father) and she asks me “Is that your mother?” What woman do you know is named Anthony? Apparently my account has a bill that was sent to collections which I wasn’t even AWARE about and I’ve never even visited this place to begin with so how can I have an outstanding bill?
