The check in process was a breeze. The wait time was minimal. The appointment went quicker than expected. The staff was polite and professional. This was my first time having a wellness exam since Covid started. I received the same great level of service and attention as I had in previous years.
Dr Coates is the consulate professional, and is very friendly. She connects with me as a total patient and always seems genuinely interested in my total well-being. She is patient anbd never rushes my visits. Dr. Coates always takes into consideration my medical and family history in recommending treatment options. I highly recommend her services, and her staff is exceptional too.
