I waited almost two hours, and the doctor was dismissive and unwilling to listen. She got important details wrong and made comments that felt stigmatizing and judgmental. I left feeling unheard and unsupported. I wouldn’t recommend her for anyone seeking respectful, attentive care.
Avoid at all costs!
Dr. Kelly takes time to listen and professionally explains medical situation with solutions. She cares about her patients, she is very efficient but unhurried. It’s too bad she is no longer my Primary Care Manager due to location change.
