She's been very helpful and understanding on questions needed to be answered. Gives me referrals if needed
I had a disappointing experience at the front desk on March 16. The receptionist was very rude. Before I could even ask my question, she responded with an attitude and said she was going to lunch. This felt very unprofessional and not welcoming for patients.
I don’t understand how she’s a doctor. I felt like I had no actual help. Sort of judgmental and not asking the right questions. First bad impression for sure.
