Was told they are not taking any new clients, even though we had taken one of our other pets there before. After being told that we are an existing client, I was told I could not bring my cat in because her vaccinations were not up to date. How do you get a cat vaccinated if you cant see a vet. Sound like they don't want any more business.
We went to this vet for years and years when the previous man owned it, so naturally when I adopted my grey I took her to this vet when she developed an eye infection. Receptionists were friendly and kind, however the new vet was incredibly rude to me when I arrived. She walked into the waiting room just as I was getting my nervous ex racer onto the scales and said to me in a rude tone “just pick her up and put her on it, theyre used to it, thats how they get it done when they’re being raced”. World’s rudest vet! I walked out before I said something, Clearly needs to pick a new job as this one actually requires being a decent human.. sadly this lady can’t even be trusted looking after cadavers, what a complete joke. How could someone be soo full of hate and yet still claim to be a veterinarian.. just because you have a bit of paper doesn’t mean crap. Sorry if I’m the first to tell you. 🥱

My boy was looked after so well and did some positive training in a new environment.
