Poor duty of care, reviews medication and removes it without patient present or consulted even when they are ani convulsants. Complaints aren’t dealt with but ignored if inconvenient. This could be lack of experience but it’s a complete lack of care and a bad duty of care. You have no way of contacting the surgery unless you go in as they don’t answer phone and have got rid of email..To sum up the DUTY OF CARE HERE IS APPALLING WHICH IS EXTREMELY SAD
