Try another place because I never really get a good experience at this place. Tamar doesn't explain things very well. Therefore, I'm not educated on what I'm getting myself into. I really wanted to like this place but everytime I just can't anymore it's frustrating so unfortunately I'll be seeing another gynecologist so I can get the help I need and there other gynecologist out, so you don't need to stay with this one. Also, the receptionists aren't really friendly but not rude, which is good, but still.
I can’t really explain why I didn’t love this place. The people individually are all lovely and kind. Something about the bigger picture made me feel unheard and not cared about. One thing that I think they could improve is that they ask you to get there 30 minutes early and have a no-show fee but they are always 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Horrible Experience!!Never Again The front desk ladies so rude , disrespectful,unprofessional and they have Zero customer service! The owner was midwife or doctor whatever she wasn’t helpful at all !
I've had three of my kids by doctor Gottfried never had issues until this pregnancy I'll never go to her again I mean I barely got any ultrasound pictures she sent me to fetal diagnostic center and because I got pictures there she didn't even do my ultrasound for the gender so I have one picture out of the whole pregnancy none of my child besides the one from the diagnostic center she rushes in the appointments and overall this experience I'm not satisfied with and I regret going to her now
