Make sure you get an actual doctor for your appointment. Recently saw the PA there, Marie Fluke. Extremely dismissive of my concerns, immediately pivoted to something else unrelated to why I was actually there. Really just seemed like she wanted to move me out quickly without actually doing anything. Very rude. I never have an issue with Dr Wood or Dr Gilbert, however I have never had a good experience with the PAs that are there.
I have been calling all morning because I have to cancel my appointment. They claim that they are open, but phones are still on as if they are closed. I am going back to my original family doctor. Plus on the app you can't even cancel the appointment. Totally think this place has no idea what they are doing. Me and my son will be going back to our original family doctor that we had longer then this place. Enough said.

I needed a psychiatric med filled and I recently moved. They told me I needed an appointment even tho it was an emergency and I don’t want to go thru withdrawals. They didn’t even offer a telehealth visit either. I always thought highly of this place but now I don’t.
The new lady at the dental area desk doesn’t know what she’s doing. Had problems with insurance when I’ve been there plenty of times before and my son was unable to make it to his appointment. Ask to speak with someone with more experience she told me she was the only one there. Please don’t leave people new people who don’t know what they’re doing by themselves. It’s very frustrating and now I’ve tried to call back all morning and no answer or call back.
