My husband and I stayed here approximately 17 years ago and it was so memorable we had to return. Nicole was an exceptional host, so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Apart from the stunning Villas, the gardens are spectacular Nicole brought us fresh croissants and muffins each day for breakfast and offered us loads of information on what to do in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special weekend or break away to relax!
What a beautiful stay here at Taman Sari. The most incredible pavilions in a stunning location in the hinterland. A very serene & relaxing experience. The hosts Nicole and Michael are so welcoming and incredibly thoughtful with making sure guests have a memorable and special experience, with little decadent chocolates left throughout the house, to complimentary breakfast. We stayed at this beautiful villa for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, and wonderfully peaceful. The fireplace and spa bath are a must during the winter months. The surrounding grounds and gardens are just stunning - we loved strolling through them and soaking in the serene atmosphere. This place is beyond perfect if you are after an idyllic getaway in nature where it feels like you are a million miles from civilisation whilst only being minutes away from beautiful Mapleton and Maleny. When those big wooden doors open, the entire view transports you to another world. Not a house or structure in sight, just gorgeous native trees, bamboo, hills and tranquillity. We stayed at taman sari for 6 nights before an after our wedding. Nicole made the booking process seamless and had great communication. Our pavilion was gorgeous and featured a spa bath, fireplace with wood supplied, kitchen with provisions, BBQ and spacious interior. The setting for the pavilion was gorgeous and overlooked the hinterland. Breakfast included warm cob load or muffins or crossiants.
