I scheduled and missed my original appointment. I scheduled the second one that was two weeks later and I was asked to bring paperwork from my original physicians visit which I did. Apparently he wasn’t happy with the paperwork I brought and his nurse told me that I wouldn’t be a good fit for Dr Tamei and he never even met me. I wasted two weeks waiting for my second appointment when I could have gone to another physician. I had heard good things about Dr Tamei but I disagree with those opinions.
Dr. Tamai is my surgeon. His plan of treatment before surgery, the surgery itself and the post surgery care has been absolutely bar none, the best! His entire staff are professional and extra caring. Real Fairbanksians who care about me and truly desire to help me have the best outcome for my injury. I have other issues that will require Dr. Tamai's expertise and I am going to stick with Dr. Tamai.
Dr. Tamai is an excellent surgeon. It is a blessing to have him practicing in our community.
