All our meats are 'Aged' and some special 'Dry-Aged' beefs are avilable all the time. You have to try our signature plate 'Mt.Fuji premium[NIKUKAIDAN]'. And some of side dishes like 'Beef liver sashimi', 'Beef tartar' are really popular also. We're open at lunch time now with our premium lunch bowls.

The quality is worth it. Their salad dressing was really good. Bidets in the restroom are nice.
So we were on the hunt for an independent steakhouse. Looking around the area we found The Steak Library. Menu looked good online so that's where we ended up. It did seem strange that we ended up in a strip mall, but decided to walk through the door anyway. I am so glad we did.
