Amazing location and very hard workers here! The office manager and service manager work really hard in getting your trucks in and out. The time it takes for issues to be resolved are pretty good. UPDATE: Jason Wheeler the assistant manager helped me with finding and ordering a part for my vehicle. I was going to spend over 220 dollars for a battery and he found one for me elsewhere, close by for 60.00. I appreciate the courtesy, even when they’re tied up and dealing with a heavy work load. Thanks bunches!

This locations work place sucks realistically, They can’t meet their quota every month , scene they been bought out by fleet pride that used to be TAM not no more. The parts guy Vito can’t never be on time to work it’s a every day routine in the morning for meeting parts are always wrong never fails , can’t make this up if you’ll ask a Diesel mechanic in that shop they’ll say same thing I promise.Also notice that they have a lot of Employee favoritism & they pick on people to Target somebody else’s mistake I was a trailer te... read more

Secure all your personal items, or don't use them. I had a drawer of spare change coins stolen. This is the Alto location that has lost my trust in them. Has never happened under Pat's watch.
