Always been looked after by this practice, nothing but good experiences.
I just joined this practice and I wanted to book an appointment to discuss my ongoing conditions, my repeat medications and tests that I was supposed to do when I was still in England, but the first available appointment is in a month. I been told to call in the mornings at 8am and I might get an appointment, which I can't do, as I will be at work. I was honestly expecting a better organisation and a better appointment system and I'm quite surprised that they have no appointments allocated for new patients.
Absolutely disgrace am 34 years old and I have never ever ever been treated so poorly in my life medication I have been in for meany of years and now there playing god I moved to this practice as was told they was amazing nope ur treated like scum here at this practice ur spoken to like dirt off there receptionist aswell who goes u have to give us ur personal details to go on holiday if not then tough and hangs up on u they put me on weekly dispense because apparently am addicted clearly not they make u feeling like ur a no ... read more
Great doctors, receptionist Rhys was outstanding with his compassion and help
I have been a patient at this surgery for over 40 years and have never had any issues with getting appointments. I think the staff are fantastic and the nurse Avril Law that saw me at 4:30 today is fantastic. She really does listen and cares for her patients. I have been seen by her twice and she is so kind and really explains things. All the team in there are great and deserve medals for all the hard work they do for patients.
