Give us our money back! We have tried and tried to get this system to work. IT DOES NOT!!! It has only been frustration and more frustration! Biggest regret of our lives! they sold us tablets that they no longer sell and do not support! The new product we purchased has NEVER ran a credit card! Unbelievable! They just don't care and won't help you out. Once you purchased them, you are pretty much on your own. Worse company we have ever tried to deal with.
The project team has been so patient and helpful while I worked out all my (non TAM related) computer issues. A great big THANK YOU especially to Dan Hiorns!
I've really enjoyed using and administrating TAM for our agency- We use it for our museum admissions, web sales, gift stores at our historic sites, and in our State Archives to collect revenue going to either the State or to our Private Foundation. TAM allows us to meet all our reporting goals and keep the revenue streams separate. Their support staff are Outstanding.... we use Quickbooks for accounting and after they released an update forcing a password change, breaking the account TAM uses to post sales to Quickbooks.
