I had a problem with a service call. I was less than satisfied. James and Joe traveled out to my office in NJ and made everything right. They were apologetic, professional and impressed me with their integrity.
Raised our prices without acknowledging us. Stay away from John, he's extremely rude and does not show value towards his customers.
Do not work with this company. Very sloppy, dis-honest, and not worth it having your office to rely on this service and office equipment company. We purchased the machine and service from them in Aug 2021 and to this day still have not received the accessories that they owe. Asked to change representatives and dealt directly with a supervisor and the same exact behavior "play nice on the phone but never deliver what was promised".
