This team has been nothing but stellar all the way through from first contact to follow-up after install! They were all very professional and delivered what was promised on time. Communication throughout the process with Kelly was clear and timely and always had a great line with her back and forth for details on what was needed from our side. Truly a great find!
I would highly recommend Tam Bay ADA Renovations. When my husband was in hospital and was told of his release date, I called Tam Bay to install an elevator lift as our home has 15 steps up to the main level, and my husband would be in a wheel chair. They were very compassionate, moved very quickly and took care of all the details, (down to coordinating with the cement pad company and electrical company). I could not have done it without them. Excellent job, for a reasonable price.
From the start of the project, to the very end, we are beyond happy with our Galaxy lift. After finding a photo on Pinterest, was promptly put in touch with TamBay ADA, the dealer for our area. Ed Spooner, the project manager answered all our questions, proposed various options and followed through - sent info when he said he would, arrived for site inspection again when he said he would.
