The team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They explained everything in detail and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which i really appreciated.
I've had a fantastic experience here! Staff are very friendly and communication is transparent and clear. These guys are straight to the point with the service and for any repairs, consent was always asked with a clear price before any works were done. I dropped off my car for a service (without mentioning any specific issues) and theyve identified legitimate issues that matched the symptoms that i've noticed while driving (creaks, rattles, knocking sounds, loose steering, clunky transmission). Hands down the best mechanic in Melbourne. These guys were quick, too the point and honest about what needed doing to our vehicle.
