I have been trying to contact for over 2 months for a refund on Nails that were applied badly, bumpy and uneven. No one will answer text message or voicemails. Contacted over 15 times to get a refund. This place have changed hands and they kept taking walk ins which is why they rushed my nails so much. They had the foot technician trying to do my hands and she had to make someone else take over eventually as she was unable to for them correctly. Went here a while ago to get my sns nails done, and personally had a horrid experience. Staff were incredibly rude, not giving me what I wanted and treating me like I should know everything about nails. Not to mention I had to rebook due to illness and when I did, I applied a coupon. I explained to the lady if I could add the coupon code at the register and she said no. Then proceeded to make me call her manager and talk to her for her, to explain what was going on. Oh boy, what an experience. The hygiene practices here cannot be legal. You can’t convince me that the tools are cleaned at all - but especially between clients. I observed with my own eyes that they are not. By the time I realised how bad the hygiene was, it was too late for me to change my mind - I’m not a confrontational person and I had already doomed myself to the chance of an infection. Unfortunately I won't be returning back after being a customer for nearly 2 years. The salon has become slowly unhygienic and I had to ask staff to replace the sheets used from previous clients where their was nail filings and skin left on the table. Open bottles of nail polish, tools left out and visibly dirty from previous clients, also water left in foot spas. $80 for a pedicure without nail polish and removal of sheliac and a manicure without polish seems very expensive.
