We always have very smooth closings, which our clients appreciate.
Terrible experience with this company. Person handling our case never responded to calls, only emailed. Then they said we were clear for closing, allowed us to sign, congratulated us on buying a home only to call 4 hours later stating they didn't actually balance the numbers and the sale could not go through. Weeks of work was able to get the deal together only because our agent was great. Title company never acknowledged this as an issue or apologized. Do not work with them.
