I have used a few title companies so far but had the worst experience here. Final closing instructions were provided very late after calling them a few times. Contact information was entered incorrectly which proved to be very inconvenient when the notices regarding mortgage and others did not come to right place/person. Communication is very poor and the responses are usually short and rude. Would not recommend based on my experience.
