Professional, efficient, cordial, detail-oriented responsive staff. Clean and welcoming environment. Free parking, a stone throw from excellent eateries, etc.
I would not recommend this company. Be careful using them. They lost our closing documents and blamed a third party courier! They also changed the home warranty policy between the time we signed home remedy and closing documents. They are not careful with sensitive documents. Definitely go through any paperwork they prepare. Their job is to be detail oriented in a complex process and they are unable to do that
Worked with Jenna on a deal and she was really the glue that held everything together. Kept her composure and patience throughout a difficult transaction and most importantly, kept the closing date on track despite many nightmare issues that arose. If you have a deal with Talon, ask for Jenna and you will not be disappointed.
