I had a closing with Kathy on Monday. Kathy was so kind to my new 1st time home buyer. She had a large packet and did an amazing job going through it slowly and efficiently to help him and his family understand the documents they were signing. Title can sometimes seem like a 'check box' in a closing and this was a really great ending for my client. Thank you!
