This is the second home we built in Talon Preserve and we couldn't be happier. The build quality is excellent and the "service after the sale" that we received from our customer care agent Ryan was excellent - responsive, prompt, courteous and well coordinated.
Generally a good build and overall good buying experience except for the company, Coast to Coast pools, that DiVosta sub contracts with exclusively. Many residents, (not all) including me, have had numerous issues with post build leaks, pump issues and sinking pavers due to a poorly prepared base. With effort the service under warranty is good but on going issues reported during warranty will not be addressed after warranty. On April 3, 2026, we closed on our house in Talon Preserve. Being a former real estate agent in another state, my wife and I did not use an agent to purchase the home. The Talon Preserve agent we worked with was Gladys Danzey. She represented Talon Preserve. She was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional and honest.
