We were extremely pleased with our entire process at Talon Preserve. Outstanding customer service and communication.
Just closed on our home in this wonderful community. So far, this seems to be a lovely place to live. We went to the clubhouse over the weekend for the first time. Everyone was so friendly! Excellent food at the restaurant as well. Wonderful staff. I would highly recommend!
My Service Manager, William Dwinnell, was excellent, very diligent, and his response time was very quick. He listens and works to get things corrected in a timely manner. I give William a ten-star rating as he goes beyond the call of duty in getting things done. He is an asset to this company. My score of 7 for quality does not and should not reflect his performance. The cabinet quality had nothing to do with his excellent performance, as he did and went beyond to try and get my cabinets up to par. William Ethics is Amazing!... read more
