Infrared sauna was very peaceful. I enjoyed the cup of herbal tea and chocolate afterwards.
First time doing Float therapy, and it was absolutely fantastic! It took me a little bit to relax, but once I got comfortable, it was heavenly. You can float however you wish (pod open, lights on, etc). I will definitely be doing this again
First time visit, we absolutely loved it. Sauna first and then an hour float. Felt amazing afterwards. Will definitely do it again.
