If I could leave no stars I would. The customer service at the front desk is unexcusable. They give you an appointment and treat you like your walking in off the street. Disurpurting their lunch break. No where in the office does it state that the office is closed between 12 pm and 1 pm. The women were sarcastic, rude, and not accommodating at all. Such as shame that these are employees working with the public. Now this is not all the employees here but first impressions set the tone.
