I've been going here for 5 years and have had two doctors that were both great. Had a bladder cyst that one removed and then he moved to a different practice out of state. The second doctor cared for me for 4 years performing the cystoscopies. Since mine was low-grade they said I only needed to have my urine checked and no longer needed a cystoscopy unless something was present. Went for my 6th year appointment to get urinalysis and was put in a room and told to get ready for cystoscopy.... to which I said no. The doctor the... read more
When I have called the office to try and schedule an appointment, they have told me that they would call me back when they could schedule me instead of just seeing when they had availability. They never bothered to call me back and I had to repeatedly call back myself before they could schedule me at a different office.
