The woman who answers the phones is extremely rude, she flat out lied, and then hung up the call. I hope they record their calls and can listen to the way she talks to customers. She said she logs EVERY call, when she clearly doesn’t since she said we’ve never called. We’ll be sending the records showing that today was not the first call, not the second, but the THIRD. Nick provides honest advice and suggestions for a pool that best fits your needs. We had an in-ground pool installed with a tanning ledge, slide, diving board and automation controls. They were very helpful and answered all our questions (my wife had many of them).
