I don't recommend this complex. It is cockroach and mouse infested. I keep my apartment very clean, and I never leave food out. But it doesn't matter how clean you are, your apartment will be infested either way. They supposedly treat for cockroaches at least twice a year but it does not help. I see them crawling in the common areas and in the laundry room. The common areas smell very bad most days despite cleaning people coming in almost daily. Talltree is an Amazing property, great location and outstanding management I have enjoyed and have the pleasure to known Rick, his professionalism makes it exceptional person, the residents are very respectful and friendly. The open space with such a beautiful nature and this make it cozy place to live.
