I was finally able to reach the new manager, and I understand she is in the process of transitioning to the new position. Ms. Angela resolved the water leak problem right away by sending a plumber to examine the issue. Thank you again, Angela Anderson, for your professionalism.
I've been trying to contact someone at the office for three days. I've sent emails, made phone calls, and even gone in person, but I haven't been able to tell them that I have a water leak coming from the bathroom ceiling, and it's getting worse every day. I need help immediately from a manager in charge of the complex.
Safe community and I love living here. They just need to update some things, but great so far!
