I lived here for 3 years and loved the place. The office works really hard on reinforcing the rules and they manage to keep the grounds clean and well maintained. It's a great quiet community, close to everything you may need.

I've lived here for many years. The leasing office is helpful, and the area is safe and beautiful. But recently, there have been a lot of mice.They are running in the hallways, outside, and even climbing the gutters. I wish, I could add pictures here. I tried sealing the both entry doors, but they chewed through. I don't like moving, but I had to because of this.

I have lived here for 3 years and since I moved I see mice and lately cockroaches and how sad it is that your neighbors smoke marijuana in their homes, affecting the neighbor who lives next door, what kind of people are we living with, how unpleasant it is to live here. I regret living with people with vices and that the HOA office does not act regarding these events that are seen every day, we need to solve this now, infection of mice, cockroaches and drug addicts in the neighborhood.

Edit:I had to update my rating because there have been some improvements to the cleanliness and maintenance. The patio I have and the landscaping are nice. The neighbors are really nice. The area is quiet, and in the evening I can sit at my patio and enjoy the greenery, and the manager is very sweet.
