Had a 4pm appointment and the office called to see if we could come in early, we explained that 5 year old is in school and we can not come early we need to keep appointment as is. As we show up for our appointment at 4:06 they told is need to reschedule because doctor wanted to leave....we will be finding another eye doctor, very disappointed. We came through traffic to be turned away.
Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. It's honestly impressive how terrible and useless they are.
One star ONLY because I have to put at least one. Dr Kaul was EXTREMELY uncaring and when I expressed my fears of having shots in my eyes, she dismissed me COMPLETELY and tried to pawn me off onto another Dr. Her assistant had NO bedside manor, got aggravated with my fear, LOUDLY sighed and stormed off. Then as LOUDLY as he could, so the WHOLE office could hear, complained about me to the Dr. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION GO WITH THEM NOT HERE.
I just got home from taking my mother to an appointment here. She LOVES Dr. DeAngelis and raves about her; I didn't meet her today. The woman with red hair was very friendly and I told her she was the nicest person there and how important that is. And the incredibly handsome smiley dude in the back was what prompted me to try to make an appointment. But it needs to be said that there is a disturbing lack of empathy and friendliness here.
