Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. It's honestly impressive how terrible and useless they are.
One star ONLY because I have to put at least one. Dr Kaul was EXTREMELY uncaring and when I expressed my fears of having shots in my eyes, she dismissed me COMPLETELY and tried to pawn me off onto another Dr. Her assistant had NO bedside manor, got aggravated with my fear, LOUDLY sighed and stormed off. Then as LOUDLY as he could, so the WHOLE office could hear, complained about me to the Dr. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION GO WITH THEM NOT HERE.
I just got home from taking my mother to an appointment here. She LOVES Dr. DeAngelis and raves about her; I didn't meet her today. The woman with red hair was very friendly and I told her she was the nicest person there and how important that is. And the incredibly handsome smiley dude in the back was what prompted me to try to make an appointment. But it needs to be said that there is a disturbing lack of empathy and friendliness here. Genuinely good and ethical doctors and staff there!
Stay away. Long wait times. Uncaring staff. Rude as hell Dr. who wouldn’t listen to my questions and didn’t want to look at previous Drs. notes and images. They interrupt you and spend only 5 minutes in the office. Dr actually got up and said I’ll be right back. He was with another patient and back after 30 minutes. I will never go back. Total appointment time was 2.5 hours spent almost sitting and waiting.
