Don’t waste your $$ on them. The secretary takes your issues / complaints. Their plumbers installed a sump pump , into the mud which clogged the new pump. And there wasn’t any Float on the pump!! They don’t stand behind their work & will gladly keep the $376.00 paid for a dysfunctional pump. Save your money & call a professional & not these jokers- unprofessional, shoddy work & poor customer service. No they are not accredited by the BBB.
Tallmage plumbing is the worst of the worst. If they install plumbing, they will not come back if there is a problem with their work. They do not stand by their work. You will have to call them every week for weeks to get any response at all. My problem was the P- trap was making gurgling sounds. They wanted to charge me $225 to snake it. Another plumber, a decent guy, told me the p trap could be dry and to pour in a couple cups of water. Problem immediately solved.
