I am a new resident and couldn't be happier. The layout is wonderful. Everything is so clean, in and out. Building exteriors were just power washed last weekend. New management really cares about appearance and upkeep. Everyone I have met is very nice. I am happy to call Tallmadge Pointe home.

My girlfriend and I have lived here since December and it’s been a great experience it’s quiet clean and everyone I’ve met in the office has been super nice and helpful and any issues we have had so far have been taken care of quickly and professionally
