Only minor damage to front end of 2006 Saturn Ion. They went the extra mile in locating parts to complete the job. Service was timely and professionally performed. All staff was very friendly. I would do business with them again. But I hope I don't need to.
Our car was hit by another motorist, and we had the good fortune to find Tallmadge Collision Center as a provider for the other motorist's insurance company, that was also fairly close to us. We cannot say enough about the great customer service at TCC. They provided their repair estimate quickly, and they communicated often as to the progress of our repair. I highly recommend Tallmadge Collision. I had damage done to my 2006 Mustang convertible on the passenger side while it was unoccupied in a parking lot. TCC completed excellent work within a week. I chose TCC because of the reviews online and information from acquaintances. I am so happy that my car was in their hands. Derek was very conscientious in contacting me regarding their work.
