Horrible place ever since the original management, maintenance, and cleaning staff left. What used to be a senior-only community has turned into general low-income housing, and the quality has gone downhill fast. The elevator is constantly broken, sometimes out for over a week, creating a completely unsafe situation for elderly or disabled residents who cannot use the stairs.
