They dont communicate in a timely manner. We used them for selling our house and they waited over a month to inform us that the mortgage company hadn't sent them paperwork, so we had to scramble and force the function for them. Once we finally got to closing they took a day and a half to wire the proceeds, despite numerous phone calls. It seems as if they either dont have enough people working there or their priorities are not aligned with their clients. I would recommend to stay away from them if possible.
Yet another GREAT experience with Tallgrass Title. There were a lot of moving parts to this transaction clear up to closing time, and Angela handled everything like a champ.
