The management of this community is abysmal. It was decent two years ago, but the office staff has completely overturned and is currently run very poorly. Managers are absent, inconsistent, and do not enforce rules equitably. If you dare to point out these inconsistencies you will be retaliated against for being honest, but the management is apparently welcome to walk into your yard and critique it when they please. I am not much of a negative review leaver, but I definitely am today. I have lived in the trailer park for about 5 to 6 years now or so. Rent goes up every year. Usually in December. Usually its $20 not to inconvenient. I just got off the phone with the woman who works in the office and our lot rent went up by $67!!! They say they "posted" a notice on our door two months ago... and who knows it could have and it blew away. Anyways, now on top of paying monthly payments on our trailer which are around $500.
