Very expensive for mower blades and slow on service
Dishonest practices and poor communication — I won’t be back. First visit: Dropped off a Husqvarna weed eater under active warranty (confirmed online) and paid a refundable deposit. Two weeks later, I was charged $125 for parts and labor I never approved, and they ignored the warranty entirely. Second visit: Bought a hedge trimmer. Only after paying was I told Husqvarna had a promo for a free 2-year warranty extension if you bought engineered fuel. Great job on replacing the desk on my mower.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are extremely shady and dishonest. We purchased a brand new lawn mower a couple of months ago and it has very few hours on it. The drive belt kept coming off and the steering was not good on the right side. I took it back in to get it fixed and when I went back to get it they tried to charge me for the caps that go on the front bearings of the front wheels. They said they were off when I brought it in.
