If I could give this ZERO stars I would. John Johnson took over last year and the trailers are absolutely disgusting. Rats, bugs, he doesn’t provide ac or heat, mold, takes so long to fix anything and on top of that he does not give you back your security deposit no matter what. I currently have an attorney to fight for mine back. No damages. Place left spotless and the new tenants who moved in were referred by me and he still refuses to give it back.
