Our family purchased a 4 year old, used Ford from Tallassee Ford in the beginning of December and in three weeks had to schedule to have it looked at by the service department for a shifting hesitation. We were told it needed at new transmission at the cost of just under $9000. Purchasing from an authorized dealer in no way means you are getting any assurance of getting a quality vehicle and the "in depth multipoint inspections" they tell you each used vehicle goes through before they can seems really just to be a sales ploy... read more
Just got my 2024 F-150 serviced and fixed at Tallassee Ford. Outstanding service department. Quick, courteous, on time! Master technician Kevin was able to easily fix a window module problem and troubleshoot my trailer connector. Problems solved. I rarely give 5 star ratings on anything, but he earned them.
