⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very positive experience at Tallapoosa County Health Department. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. Everyone was helpful, organized, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and efficiently run, with minimal waiting time. I especially appreciated how patient and respectful the staff were when answering questions and providing assistance.

To save yourself the trouble if you are anything other than a child or pregnant woman don't waste your time here trying to get on Medicaid.. she wouldn't even take our application, she advised us to drive to dadeville or better yet Opelika because they usually do older people or disabled people..I think it would be great if they put a sign on the door so people don't waste their time coming to this one... On another note the lady working the front was super sweet
