Always great service and exceptional advice on everything related with I making sure my pool is in excellent condition. Having bought a house with a 30 year old pool and equipment 5 years ago I have since kept things going and replaced most of the system with Mark and his team with no problem. I have had on site service, maintenance and go down and get the pool tested every month for the past 5 years. Terrible service have a rental property that used this company and they quoted to clean the pool and said that the pool needed to be drained completely to be cleaned we lived in the property for 20 years and never had to drain the pool to clean it we also left the property with the pool pump in working condition now everything doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. Would not recommend!
have used many pool shops over the years and most have a high turnover of staff or are chain stores where the staff are almost following scripts.. It was recommended that i try tallai pool shop and i have been using them for a few years now . have bought a new chlorinator and pool pump over that time and had additional items added to the system along with an array of chemicals . Just rude staff the owner goes off at you if you get water tested and don’t by any products addition to shops response that’s right 9 months earlier between tests and still gets upset and says each test is $4 I get that but every 9 months I’m sure I’m not the only person doing this and goes of if you do t buy something go figure
