Our agent used tallai pools they left our pool green charges for chemicals even though pool was green on their watch and we had to pay someone else to fix it. When tenancy started they stated we had to do nothing and they would take care of the pool. when we rang to speak to them the young man on the phone was incredibly rude to my husband I have paid their last invoice and will never recommend to anyone, find someone else
Don't bother. Seriously rude and nasty.
I have nothing but positive there they do there job which is tell me what chemicals i need and they give my kids lolly pops and are very patient and dont try to push anything just wish they were open longer on sundays but atleast they are open. Happy days
