The property manager is a nice guy, although the people who he hires for Maintenance People they come and work on your units and take your belongings and when you approach them about the situation he denies it? Then after working on your until they leave what ever they replace and tire something else in the middle of fixing something then you have to put and another work order in to fix something they tored and make sure you're rents on time we was 6 days past the frist of the month and received a three day notice
I want to thank the property manager for taking the time out to show me all 3 communities today and explaining my options in purchasing a home. Thanks Stan
