The property manager is a nice guy, although the people who he hires for Maintenance People they come and work on your units and take your belongings and when you approach them about the situation he denies it? Then after working on your until they leave what ever they replace and tire something else in the middle of fixing something then you have to put and another work order in to fix something they tored and make sure you're rents on time we was 6 days past the frist of the month and received a three day notice

I was really hoping it was some homes available in this community. I heard so much good things about the management and how they care about their tenants. Especially the community events they have
I want to say thank you to Stan for everything he has done by helping me find my home in Orange Park, I was living in Louisiana and trying to find a place in Tallahassee so I could move & be with my fiance, I couldn't be more thankful that I found Stan and he made it so easy in finding a home!!
