This is my second time needing the assistance of the physical therapist David at the Quincy TMH Rehab Center. I would like to recognize Donna and David at the Quincy TMH Rehab for their professionalism, care and support for my physical healing. They both show that they care for the patient's well-being.
This is my second time receiving therapy here. I really appreciate the care that I have received, especially from therapist David. I have experienced therapy at other facilities where they set you up on a machine and are on there way. That is not the case here.
Office Manager is very unprofessional has an attitude and doesn't like to do her Job! Yes Amanda this is about you and you inability to do your job and your parking up front and up patients parking spots and about you having you photos up and not allowing the rest of the staff to do the same. The Therapist are wonderful despite the attitudes you front.
I have been to this rehab center for two different injuries in August 2017 and January 2016. I had a great therapest [ same one both times] Thank you David and Amanda and Donna were both very nice ladies. I personally did not care where Amanda parked but I do know she was there very early in the morning when no-one was around and it was safer for her. I highly recommend this center and when needed this is my go to rehab.
