Purchased a new mx6000 cab tractor from them a year and a half ago. 198 hrs and discover today I’ve lost two lug nuts and another two are hand tight on the front right of my tractor. I called to ask them to mail me two lug nuts. I was asked for my credit card number by parts, told it was my fault by the next lady, and only got the GM’e voicemail. Part of pre delivery is installing the wheels and torquing the lugnuts by the dealer. It’s in the assembly manual they left me. Torqued lug nuts do not come off. They were never tor... read more
