Just moved here they have addressed all of my needs Rebecca at the front desk has been great answering all my needs and responds quickly.
I have a one bedroom apartment at Tall Trees Village . I enjoy the spaciousness, the trees, my neighbors. I have been here three years. The new management is terrific . Rebecca Valdez-Flores, the property manager is efficient, responds promptly to my concerns. She is friendly and kind. Maintenance staff are also efficient and prompt. Sheila Fox
I lived at Tall Trees several years ago and for many years. It was awful then, but I stayed due to not wanting the task of finding a new apartment. Finally, I left and I was offered a $100.00 decrease in rent as an incentive to stay. I declined. I resided at Tall Trees for one year. God forbid you need maintenance. Initially, my experience was satisfactory until my refrigerator stopped cooling. Upon reporting the issue, a maintenance technician visited and offered a temporary solution, advising a follow-up call if the problem persisted. Despite the refrigerator continuing to malfunction, subsequent calls and messages to the management regarding the unresolved issue were not addressed, leaving the problem unattended.
