I came to tall trees looking to start a new and was greeted by Rebeca who has phenomenal customer service, she showed me a few apartments and we found one that was a great fit for me and she made the process smooth and easy and I was able to move in on my desired date. The apartment was cleaned ready for me to move in when I got here.
I just moved in and so far so good I put in a request for maintenance for a couple of minor things 2 days later that came to my place and fix it. Rebecca did a great job of showing me the apartment it’s very large and spacious exactly what I was looking for great job Rebecca. And thanks to the maintenance Ken for being so quick to fix my request.
My experience with Tall Trees was easy and wonderful. Rebecca Valez showed the apartment, and made move in speedy and problem fee. Also I had several outlets in my apartment that didn't have power. Maintenance came almost immediately and fixed them all in less than 30 minutes. It's a great community to be a part of. I would recommend it to friends and family.
Maintenance is aware of leaking dishwasher and refusing to fix it. Submitted multiple tickets over the last month with no contact. Heat doesn't work. No access to mail still after a month. Dishwasher still broken.no response from Maintenance or leasing office to fix issues. Hallways are filthy. Dead roaches in laundry room. Don't waste your time or money.
