Marcia in the front office is a treasure. The managers before her didn't seem to know what they were doing. She listens, understands and gets it done. Finally feeling heard!
Long time tenants. From communication to accommodation everything was handled quickly with care. When we had a problem in our apartment that previous management overlooked Naomi made sure we were understood and heard and let us know our options to better our situation. Together with Marcia they found us an available apartment that fit our needs. Having a newborn made things stressful, they heard and answered every inquiry we had with no problem. Marcia Kurowski has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of helping us get into our first apartment. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive every step of the way. She answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I truly appreciate all of her time and effort, and I couldn’t have asked for someone better to help me through such an important milestone.
Marcia Kurowski is amazing. Just moved in to tall tree village apts and she made the entire process very easy and was very accommodating. Helped me with all of the issues I’ve had. Overall, the apartment and the property is great and haven’t had any issues from their end.
If I could give this place less stars I really would’ve. Our building is literally filled with mice. We are probably one of the only few people in our building with no pet. Everyone her has dogs . So it’s like the mice flock to our apartment. The way the heaters are at the bottom , you can barely move around to try to reduce the mice problem because that’s where they keep running to (heaters run along all the walls in bedrooms).
