This should be a “No Smoking” facility as many here are elderly with health issues. Smoking cigarettes and marijuana is a health risk to those who don’t smoke. Stairwells and windows in stairwells are dirty and smell like dog pee. Building needs a housekeeper to keep the building looking better.
The apartment was lovely, and I hated having to leave it. The manager was very nice and took care of any problems in a timely manner.
Sad to say this place has gone downhill. The front door is broken, it will not lock at night, so anyone can come in. It has been broken for over 5 years. They keep saying they are going to 'fix' it. The maintenance is lacking. There has been black mold in several apartments. They paint over it and rent them out. One Lady died in one of these apartments. I'm not sure if it is because of the mold, but every time she returned from the hospital, she would cough and sneeze. People selling drugs here. Water leaks into the Furnace ... read more
